Kane in awe of Maradona
Kane - whose prop in the 4-1 destroying of Liverpool on Sunday took his count to 45 objectives in 40 amusements for Goads and Britain this year - conceded he hadn't seen quite a bit of what 56-year-old Maradona said when he met him preceding Sunday's match.
Maradona's order of English isn't believed to be spectacular - without a doubt he remains an intruder man to some in Britain for his scandalous 'Hand of God objective' in the 1986 World Glass quarter-last - and while there has been theory Kane could evacuate to one of Spain's huge clubs next season his insight into Spanish is easily proven wrong.
"He's a phenomenal person (Maradona). I got the chance to meet him before the diversion - incredible vitality, an extraordinary person," said Kane.
"He is a standout amongst other number 10s so it was awesome for him to be here.
"He didn't talk much English, simply talking in Spanish so I didn't generally comprehend what he was stating yet he was extremely vigorous, he said some pleasant compliments, not simply to me but rather to the group and to the supervisor (kindred Argentinian Mauricio Pochettino).
"It was awesome to be in the organization of somebody like that. What a player he was and I can just gain from somebody like him."
Kane, who experienced his standard August dry spell before starting terrifically into the objective scoring mode, said he needed to supplant any semblance of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo as the best player on the planet.
"At some stage, I need to be the best player on the planet and to do that you need to be up there with these players," said Kane.
"They set the guidelines, Ronaldo and Messi, so for whatever is left of us, it's tied in with endeavoring to get them and get up there," including the 24-year-old.
